Texas Franchise Tax Report

Texas Franchise Tax Report Filing Service

The Texas Franchise Tax Report and a Public Information Report are required by the State of Texas to be filed annually by their due date in order to remain in Good Standing. For report year 2017, so long as your Gross Sales are below $1,110,000 (this threshhold can change from year to year) then you will not owe any margin tax. Your corporation must file this annual return even if you have $0 Gross Sales for the calendar year. The Texas Annual Franchise Tax Return and Public Information Report still must be received by the State Comptroller’s office by May 15, 2017, to keep your account in “Active” status.

As of October 1, 2011, any Texas Franchise Tax Report and Public Information Report submitted late to the State will incur a $50 late file penalty.

Use our Texas Annual Franchise Tax Report and Public Information Report Service and ensure you will never incur this penalty!

Once these reports are processed by the Texas Comptroller’s office, they will place your corporation in “Good Standing” status on the State corporation database. You should sign up for our Texas Registered Agent Service because it monitors your corporate status monthly to make sure the report processes correctly and keeps you in Good Standing. The Texas Registered Agent service is only $49/year per corporation. A very small price to pay to make sure your report is handled and processed correctly to keep you in Good Standing at all times!

Texas Annual Franchise Tax Filing Service is only $75/ per return.
