Texas Franchise Tax

Texas Franchise Tax Filing Service

The Texas Franchise Tax is an annual filing required by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. The Texas franchise tax report is due by May 15th of every year to remain in “Active” status. For report year 2016, so long as your Gross Sales are below $1,110,000 (this threshold can change from year to year) then you will not owe any margin tax. The Texas Annual Franchise Tax Return and Public Information Report still must be received by the State Comptroller’s office by May 16, 2016, to keep your account in “Active” status.

As of October 1, 2011, any Annual Franchise Tax Return and Public Information Report submitted late to the State will incur a $50 late file penalty.

Use our Annual Franchise Tax Report and Public Information Report Service and ensure you will never incur this penalty!
